We would to invite you to support the Cancer Council Victoria at the Hobsons Bay Relay For Life event being held from 4pm on Saturday 22nd to 10am on Sunday 23rd of November.

Relay For Life is the world's largest fundraising event, and supports of the Cancer Council Victoria's cancer research, education and support programs.

The event involves teams of individuals coming together to support a common cause, using their team spirit and teamwork to create a unique and special atmosphere at the event.

Our goal this year is to have 35 teams participate and raise $100,000 through community fundraising efforts.

Relay For Life is a time for to take time to pause and remember those lost to cancer, and celebrate the lives of those who have survived and thrived. Come along to show your support.

At our Relay For Life event - held at the Newport Athletics Track - a "tent city" is created as teams camp out waiting for their turn to carry the baton around the track. The day and night are filled with entertainment, food, music, prizes and festivities.

It's 18 hours of fun with the challenge of completing a relay style walk/run in which everyone can participate. All you need to do is get a team together and come along to fight cancer and celebrate life!
